Unlimited access to the CEOs calendar to discuss problem statements, brainstorm solutions, discuss personal career and ambitions, and above all, for tutelage

Scaling marketplaces, designing supply chain, helping build HR practices, developing performance marketing strategy - Mavericks work with CXO's on our most critical problem statements
Graduate as a leader
Mavericks are expected to graduate into leadership roles within the organization and over time evolve into CXO's within Mosaic. Each Maverick is handpicked and groomed to become a future leader
Who can apply?
We typically accept applications from individuals with 1-4 years of Pre-MBA work experience across Early Stage Startups, Consulting, Venture Capital, Investment Banking and similar fields
By when do I need to apply?
Applications for the Maverick Program are open throughout the year on a rolling basis
What is the compensation?
Compensation for the Mavericks Program is basis market i.e. depending on quality and tenure of experience
What is the interview process?
Mavericks are typically interviewed by the Chief of Staff to CEO, Senior Leadership and the CEO
