What is my career path after the Mosaic Fellowship?

The Mosaic Fellowship is designed as a launchpad for your career at Mosaic Wellness. On successful completion of the one-year program, basis performance Fellows are offered a permanent position at Mosaic Wellness.

Throughout the Fellowship, you'll be mentored by Mosaic's team, learning how a D2C brand is built and scaled. Whether you aspire to build a career in startups or eventually pursue your own venture, the Fellowship equips you with real-world experience in building digital-first consumer brands.

Do I get to work across different teams during the Fellowship?

The Fellowship is designed for depth. Rather than rotating across multiple teams, you'll be embedded with one team for the duration of the program. This allows you to truly understand how a function operates, take ownership of meaningful projects, and make a real impact—rather than just getting surface-level exposure.

You'll work alongside experienced team members, contributing to initiatives that matter to the business while building deep expertise in your chosen area.

Do I get to choose the team that I work for?

Yes - and the team chooses you too. Team placement at Mosaic is a double opt-in process. This means it's a mutual selection: you express your interests and preferences, and teams assess whether there's a strong fit based on your skills, aspirations, and working style.

This two-way matching ensures that both you and your team are genuinely excited to work together - setting you up for a more fulfilling and productive Fellowship experience.

Can I choose which brand I work with?

Yes! If you're deeply passionate about a particular brand - whether it's Man Matters, Bodywise, Little Joys, or Root Labs - let us know. We value genuine enthusiasm, and if there's a strong fit, we can offer you the opportunity to work with the brand you're most excited about.
