What Is the Fellowship?
The Basics
- Full-time, one-year program
- Apprenticeship model of training at its core
- Learning opportunities about entrepreneurship and operating roles
- For fresh graduates graduating in 2026 (or recently graduated)
The Philosophy
This isn't a traditional internship where you make coffee and sit in corners. This is a full-time job with real responsibilities, real learning, and real impact. You won't just learn how startups work, you'll help run one.

What You'll Actually Do
During your one-year fellowship, you'll be deputed to one of the following functions:
- Category Learn how to think about category strategy, and business planning
- Revenue Understand customer acquisition, retention, and growth loops
- Finance See how the finance works, P&L, unit economics, forecasting
- Engineering Learn how tech enables scale, even if you're not a developer
- Human Resources Understand how to hire, develop, and retain great people
- Customer Experience Get close to customers and solve real problems
- Content Learn how to tell stories that convert
- Supply Operations See how products move from factory to customer
- New Product Development & Supply Understand how products come to life
- Brand Marketing Learn to build brands that people love
- Chief of Staff See strategic decision-making up close
- Marketplace Understand omnichannel commerce

After the Fellowship
Option 1: Full-Time Role at Mosaic
