Our founder's story proves this. Revant Bhate started as an EIR at Rebel Foods, wearing multiple hats, CFO, CMO, Business Head. That experience gave him the foundation to build Mosaic. Now we're paying it forward.

What Is the Program?
Duration
~2 years as a Maverick, after which you're expected to graduate to a leadership role
Structure
- Work closely with our CEO and one functional leader
- Immerse yourself in a function, then either take charge or help build our next big 0→1
- Get unfettered access to CEO for discussions and feedback
Potential Outcomes
After 2 years, a Maverick could become:
- Category Lead for one of our brands
- Lead of a geography (like a new market)
- Founder of a new 0→1 within Mosaic ecosystem
This isn't a training program. It's a launchpad.
Who We're Looking For
Ideal Profile
- 1-4 years of work experience
- Business generalist with PnL experience:
- Former entrepreneurs
- Senior Manager-level at fast-growth startups
- Core team at early-stage startups
- Former iBankers, VCs, PEs
- Functions: Business, Product, Finance, Category, Supply Chain, Product Development, Tech
Preferred Qualities (Not Mandatory)
- Has seen scale (minimum ~₹10-20 Cr/month PnL)
- Worked with high-quality founders
- Strong communicator with executive presence
- Excellent problem solver
- Humble and willing to learn
- Long-term view (4-5 years minimum)
- Shows evidence of using tech/AI to create leverage

Step 2: Interviews
Multiple rounds with CEO and L-1 leaders (our senior leadership team)
